Sacred Relationships: Divine Source

By Barbara Rose, Ph.D. 1. What is a Sacred Relationship? 2. How does this differ from the relationships we have had in the past? 3. Why is this change taking place? 4. How can I change my perspective to adjust to this new paradigm? 5. What will happen if I make this adjustment? 6. How are the roles between men and women changing now on the Spiritual level? THE ANSWERS 1. What is a Sacred Relationship? A Sacred Relationship is one where all of the encoding on the cellular level from the eons of conditioning among humanity are now evolving to catch up to your spiritual evolution. What this means is that the roles men and women have played are now coming up to the Light to be re-adjusted and awakened on all levels. This is a time of great transition, as the old and outmoded ways of belief and actions are consciously replaced with a spiritual harmony, respect, and gender neutral preferences. What I mean by gender neutral preferences is that you are to view each other as pure spiritual beings, without all of the games and programming that have not served you well in the history of humanity. This is a time where do unto others as you would have them do unto you plays its greatest role. There will be more of a shared sense of purpose, a shared spiritual service in whatever form of service you chose to come into this life to express, however, in this new relationship paradigm or view, you will no longer have a war between the sexes but will honor each other as equal spiritual beings. The games of old no longer work, and quite frankly, the reason why they never worked was because many of your societies and cultures have conditioned you to react and respond, rather than be and be pure, transparent, and genuine with all of your intentions. So in this new relationship view on Earth, you can have more open telepathic communication, more of a knowing that does not need words to be expressed, and more of a spiritual intimacy that transcends the purely physical intimacy, however, physical intimacy will continue to be as delightful and pleasurable, even more so as you share purely. 2. How does this differ from the relationships we have had in the past? Typically, chaos and discord seem to precede newfound clarity and resolution. So you might see an increase in the divorce rate, as you outgrow the one you may be with, while you are aligning with your Higher purpose, and your partner does not support your spiritual growth. Many of the relationships you have had in the past seemed to require vows forever. In this new view, the relationships will allow for personal freedom on all levels. Faithfulness will come from ones genuine heartfelt desire to be with you, rather than a legally imposed order that as you may surmise, has not really worked in your societies anyway. As you and your partners awaken on all levels, you will not be able to keep secrets from each other, because you will literally be able to read the other persons mind. So there will be a special level of intimacy that will be experienced as your genuine desires are both known, and respected. During this transition, it is imperative that you learn how to verbally communicate anything that you may feel, so that it can be cleared up immediately. Another area will be sexual preferences and desires. Certainly sex will continue to be most pleasurable, however, you may not feel the need for as much physical sex, however, when you DO have sex, it will be a sacred and spiritual merge, and quite powerful to say the least. The power will come from its purity. The passion will erupt, and you will engage in sacred sexuality that transcends they now typical one night (empty) stand. Know that it will be and feel far more powerful and real than what has previously been the norm with respect to your experiences, which will make it that much more delightful. However, in some cases, you may not feel this need to merge on this more physical level, but when you desire to do so, expect it to be more powerful. 3. Why is this change taking place? Because you are awakening to your spiritual nature, and as a result your physical experiences will evolve and awaken along with your spiritual experiences. Once you grow and awaken on a certain level, you really cannot go backwards in your evolution or awakening. All is motivated by pure love. Being that your essence is pure love, you (as humanity) are awakening to your highest expression of Self, and are more consciously becoming one with Divine Source, so naturally as you become more conscious or awakened, your physical life, and relationships are naturally going to follow suit. This is a positive awakening, and you did choose to come into this world of form to awaken on all levels, to know that you are not, nor could you ever be separated from Divine Source, so you will begin to experience more of a pure, unconditional love for all, equally, and transcend the view that your partner is more special than any other spiritual being. As you awaken to this fact, ALL of your relationships become sacred, because you are all One. 4. How can I change my perspective to adjust to this new paradigm? View every single being as if you are viewing yourself. Make no separation between you and them because there is no separation that is all within the erroneous thought system stemming from ego. So as you act towards another, first before any action, or non-action, ask yourself just one question: Would I like it if this person behaved this way towards me? That is the ONLY question that you need to ask yourself, and this will spare you from much unnecessary discord, confusion, and it will certainly spare you from most of the pain you go through in the outmoded views that have been lodged within your cellular memory that you have carried over from lifetime to lifetime. If you can remember to simply view each person, as if it were YOU, then you will adjust to this new paradigm, and you will find much more inner peace and joy with respect to all of your relations, with every sacred spiritual being on Earth. 5. What will happen if I make this adjustment? You will come to know an inner and outer peace that you may have never experienced before. You will feel a sacred connection to all people, and will feel the oneness that you share with all of humanity, as you may have felt this shared sense of oneness with just one special person. Now, you will feel this interaction with all people, and it will bring you a great deal of joy with respect to how you both relate to, and are treated by others. Please realize that all others are truly a part of you. It may take many to adjust to this new view, however, this is the next step into awakening to your Divine heritage while still in a physical life. In truth, you are all One, so now you can play this out on the physical level, and marvel at the results that come from Love on every level of your life. 6. How are the roles between men and women changing now on the Spiritual level? They are becoming more of a shared spiritual experience. They are beginning to be perceived as spiritual humanity, rather than man and woman. This is the truth, and as all truth is eternal, you will come to find that as your views begin to evolve and awaken, the war between the sexes will cease. You will look for common ground in your spiritual heritage, that will carry much more meaning than motives based on physical means to the egos trap of a perceived victory or end. So you will slowly adjust and actually LOVE the awakened way much more so than they ways of old that were created by your egos. As a result, you will feel much more inner peace, and the confusion that used to prevail in relationships will be transformed to a spiritual sacred shared experience, which will help you to experience the bliss and joy of Home, that is within your soul memory. You will begin to feel at home again while in your physical life, and that feeling is one of PURE BLISS, heart-centered Joy, and Divine Love that will permeate every level of your life. So as you awaken to this level, naturally the roles between men and women will transform to match your new awakening, and what a Joy that will be for you, and for all of humanity! Great Relationship Advice: The Ability to Create a Vision for Your Relationship

By Jeff Herring Many of us stumble into marriage and then continue to make it up as we go along. But relationships need much more conscious planning in order to be successful. In a hectic and throwaway culture, couples need a vision for their relationship. What is a relationship vision? Just what is a relationship vision? It’s a deliberate design for your relationship: what you’re willing to give and what you would like to receive. Designing a relationship vision involves asking questions such as “If we knew we couldn’t fail, how would we like this relationship to be?” and “If we could have it any way we wanted it, how would it be?” These are simply questions to get you started in designing your relationship. Let’s take a look at five practical steps to creating a relationship vision and use an example from a couple I’ll call Bob and Mary. Step 1: Decide on an area of the relationship you would like to design and improve. Bob and Mary say they want to spend more time together despite busy schedules and two children. Step 2: Brainstorm for ways you can achieve your shared goal. Be creative; no idea is too silly or impossible at this stage. For our couple, it might be that one or both quit their jobs and run off to an island, or start their own business, or meet for lunch a few times a week. Step 3: Choose two or three of the ideas that will send you in the direction you want to go. Bob and Mary chose meeting for lunch. Step 4: Assign tasks to each partner including a deadline. Bob and Mary agreed that they would both clear the schedules and honor their lunch meetings as they would other business appointments. Bob would have to go to work earlier on the days he met his wife for lunch. Step 5: Follow through. No matter how good your intentions, both partners must honor their commitment to each other. Their lunches give Bob and Mary time together without the children and provide them both with relief from the stress of the work week. What Bob and Mary did may not work for you. Simply find what does work for you and remember to ask, What would if be like if …? Visit SecretsofGreatRelationships.com for tips and tools for creating and growing a great relationship. Weights Before Cardio: Stop Working Against Yourself

By Tony Hale Just because youre working hard, doesnt mean that youre working smart. I see it every day. People come into the gym and hop on a treadmill for 30-60 minutes and then head over to the weights to do their resistance training. Even though my initial reaction is to walk up and smack them in the back of the head, the reality in the matter is How would they know any better? Which is why I thought this article was so appropriate. After all, for years Ive heard people say that if you do your cardio first, youll burn more fat during your weight training. Making your weight training an extension of your cardio. Lets look at why this isnt true and see if we can save some people a little wasted effort. Well start out by looking at how your body uses the food you consume for fuel. You may have heard that you will burn more fat if you do your cardio on an empty stomach. The truth is that you will actually burn more fat during cardio if you have depleted your body of carbohydrates. You can eat proteins and dietary fats without affecting the way your body burns fat. In other words, you could eat some egg whites, chicken breast, or even a protein shake without any carbs in it, and still burn the same amount of fat during your cardio session as you would if you did it on an empty stomach. But if you ate an apple or a piece of bread before your cardio, you wouldnt. When you eat carbohydrates, your body stores them as glycogen in your liver and waits for your body to use them as fuel. When performing an aerobic activity, like walking or running on a treadmill, your body has the option of using glycogen stores or fat stores. The problem is that your body wont use any fat stores until your glycogen stores are used up. On the other hand, during anaerobic exercise, like weight lifting, your body can only use glycogen as fuel. So heres how it plays out. Studies have shown that it can take as much as 29 minutes of cardio to burn your glycogen stores. So if you start your workout off with 30 minutes of cardio, not only did you burn fat for a whopping one minute, but you also depleted your body of the fuel it needs (glycogen) to do your resistance training. Now, in order to manufacture glucose (glycogen) during your weight training session, your body may actually break down muscle tissue to use certain amino acids as your fuel. You could end up losing muscle instead of gaining. To make things simple, if you do your weight training first, you can use your glycogen stores as fuel. Then, when you move over to your cardio, youre right where you want to be with depleted glycogen stores, giving your body the opportunity to burn fat as a fuel source. Planning A Wedding On A Small Budget

By Dennis Estrada The wedding budget is an essential part of wedding planning. This sets how much to spend on the essential elements of the momentous wedding. As a matter of fact, we must set the budget at the very beginning. The costs of wedding have increased steadily. We easily get carried away. We all have limits on what we can spend. After we set the budget, we must follow the budget as hard as we can. Otherwise, we became the casualty of over-spending. There are few ways to spend less on wedding. When we are shopping for something, we must compare the prices. To compare the prices is imperative to spend less on wedding. When we see something great the first time, we go continue to see the rest. Then, we make the ultimate decision. By planning your own wedding, you will spend less on wedding too. Although wedding planner will professionally organize everything for you, the wedding planner will increase your wedding expenses. Wedding Flowers Use the wedding flowers that are abundantly available in season and readily available on local. Thus, you spend less on wedding flowers. There are flowers available all year round, but there are many flowers available on a certain season only. For example, the tulips are abundant on spring season. The tulip bulbs need to freeze during the winter months for the tulip to bloom on spring season. However, it is not impossible to find flowers which are not on season. The flowers just cost more. Making wedding flower arrangements yourselves, you can spend less on the wedding florists. Usually, the florists make flower arrangements on bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, hairclips, button-holes, wedding aisles, and flower girl baskets. Some floral schools may also arrange the flowers for you. Students who want to get their foot in the door may arrange the flowers at a fraction of the costs. Wedding Dress When you add the word wedding in front of dress, the dress will cost a fortune. To buy a wedding dress will cost in the thousands. During September to October, the homecoming or prom dress is a great alternative. During the off peak wedding season, the wedding dress costs less. From January to March, the designers put the wedding dress for clearance. Thereby, we can own a brand wedding dress at lesser price. Rent or borrow from friends or relatives. Some moms or grandmother have kept the wedding dress for keepsake. If the wedding dress is on excellent condition, you can borrow the wedding dress. Department stores stack the wedding dress for sale. The wedding dresses of designer boutique are more expensive than department stores. Even though the wedding dress includes the newest and trendiest on designer boutique, you can find a good quality wedding dress on department stores. Look also for the discontinued rack. Designers make different design for each season and year. There will be a time when the designers will stop making the particular design. Reception Dinner If you compare the prices on the menu, the pasta, chicken, and rice cost less than most dishes. Serve pasta, rice, or chicken to spend less on the dinner. It also fills you up more too. The buffet or plate dinner will costs less than sit down dinner. Best of all, the guests can comeback for the second and third time. That will surely fill them up. Borrow or rent the large backyard or garden for wedding reception from friends or family. If you already have own a large backyard or garden, you can use the backyard or garden as wedding reception. The wedding reception on Fridays saves a few dollars for each guest. It all adds up when there are many guests on the wedding reception. Wedding Cake The wedding cake can serve as dessert to finish the wonderful meal. After the wedding cake has done its part, you can cut into smaller pieces to serve on plate. Or, the guests cut the piece of cake themselves. Some bakery schools may also cater the wedding cake to your wedding. The students are always eager for real life experience. At the same time, we spend less on wedding cake and give real life experience to students. Bar Stools are Gaining in Popularity

By Peter J. Wilson More and more people are finding that the best way to add to their kitchen decor and functionality is to install a bar island. With the installation of kitchen islands that resemble bar structures, the natural complement in terms of furniture is bar stools. There are a lot of places where one can shop for this type of seating, but nothing is better in terms of opportunity than the Internet. Almost all of the major companies who manufacture and distribut barstools will have sites on the Internet. For the consumer, this means 24 hour a day, seven day a week access to thousands of models of stool. It is unlikley that anyone will not be able to find the type of seat that they need in order to fit their decor, as there are many different styles, colors, and height assortments available. Even owners of businesses looking for new seating will find what they need right on the Internet, and many of the companies will sell the pieces either individually or in sets. Befre you make that bar stool purchase, there are some items to keep in mind. First, think about the type of decor that is in the room where you want to put the stools. Contemporary rooms often have sharp lines and metallic style furniture, while natural looks favor comfortable lines and natural woods. Will a stationary stool suit your area best, or do you have a kitchen that is not enclosed, where you can swivel in the seat at the island in order to watch the game on television? Rememeber that businesses will often go for swivel models for the ease of entry and exit that they offer. After deciding on the style that is right for your room, dcide what color will look best with the surroundings. Light colors typically fit in well with natural rooms, while more vivid colors complement the metallic look of the contemporary kitchen. Oak is always a good choice when it comes to natural feels, it is gorgeous and shows character well. Finally, decided upon the model of chair that you would like. Some stools have backs, others do not. One factor in this decision is whether or not you will be sitting in these chairs often, or if they are more for decorative purposes. Also, chairs with backs are more suitable if you have children. Do you want that stool padded, or will a cushion suffice? Always make sure that the size of the stool works well with your space. Finally, make sure that you are within your budget. Remember that the costs on the Internet are often low, because they do not include shipping. You need to account for this when determining the price! Peter J. Wilson’s web pages can be discovered on many websites related to cabinets for your kitchen. Recording his experience in writings, the writer affirmed his expertise on ideas dealing with kitchen islands and cabinets for your kitchen. Plastic Pond Liners

By Eric Morris Ponds need Pond Liners like a building needs a foundation. Among all the materials used for Pond Liners, plastic is the most versatile. It comes in two forms- pre-formed and flexible. Preformed or rigid plastic liners are strong and long-lasting. They are made of polythene and other recycled plastic material. They do not develop leaks. They are more cost-effective than concrete. An average gardener can set up a small pond within one day using this liner. Some of these models are fitted above the ground and some below the ground. Rocks and stones may be placed around it to give a natural look. The liners may be both UV- as well as frost-resistant. But they may be difficult to fit because of their different shapes and sizes. Among the preformed models, the plastic liners may be cheaper than fiberglass, but do not offer support for free-standing use of the pond in a raised water garden. It is difficult to build around a plastic pond and support it evenly. When support is not uniform there is a danger that the plastic liner will crack. Flexible Pond Liners are also available, like PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) and HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene). These liners are not as flexible as rubber. Plastic liners are often used on large holding ponds when economy is a bigger concern than flexibility. Large ponds require a Pond Liner that is safe for fish and aquatic plant life, inexpensive, easy to install and durable. Polyethylene fits the bill. Medium-density Polyethylene contains up to 5 percent carbon black, which makes it highly UV stable and suited to outdoor life. Twenty and 30 mm polyethylene can be custom-made according to your specifications. PVC, or Polyvinyl Chloride, has excellent chemical compatibility and puncture resistance, lending itself to membrane liner applications. Some PVC liners contain UV stabilizers which protect them from breaking down when exposed to sunlight. PVC is not a crystalline membrane liner material, so it can elongate in all directions. It is the most cost-effective buried membrane and it has the longest successful use of liner material. Another plastic is Polypropylene. It has special properties, like outstanding dimension stability, low coefficient of expansion and contraction, wide temperature seaming range, good chemical resistance and no stress cracking. Plastic has its plusses and minuses, and the choice depends on the individuals requirements. Pond Liners provides detailed information about pond liners, garden pond liners, preformed pond liners, rubber pond liners and more. Pond Liners is the sister site of Natural Waterfalls. Relationships and Business: It’s the Same Thing

By Eric Silver Successful romantic relationships are the same as successful business relationships. On a foundation of compatibility, trust, responsibility, and shared equity, partners merge talents and resources to do together what they cannot do individually. Lets say I am passionate about the ocean, and my life mission is to build underwater habitats that I designed. My wife shares my passion for the ocean, has the same life mission, and has invented technology perfect for those habitats. Attracted initially by chemistry and compatibility, we merged her technology with my designs to build our habitats. A covenant we made with each other to balance our personal needs with the needs of our mission, without succumbing to trivial desires or emotional impulse, forms the foundation of our relationship. Commit To A Higher Purpose, Not Each Other The character and integrity that forms the foundation of successful business relationships is the same as that which forms the foundation of successful romantic relationships. Because the business partners are also romantic partners, people in mission-centered relationships should have an easier time living and working together, and get more satisfaction from the experience. Conversely, when people commit only to each other, each expects the other to be his or her sole source of happiness and fulfillment. Worse, each person may actually believe that he or she can be the others sole source of happiness and fulfillment. The frustrating awareness that those expectations are impossible to fulfill often manifests as withdrawal and neglect in one extreme, or nagging and accusation on another. Then, as each partner demands more attention be given to their needs, the roots of selfishness begin to penetrate and crumble the foundation of their relationship, causing what they have built to collapse — or preventing anything from being built at all. In a selfless, mission-focused relationship, this is less likely to occur because much of their happiness and fulfillment comes from the successful pursuit of their shared passion. More, however, may actually come from the pride and satisfaction they feel, and the personal growth they have achieved, from living up to the very high standards they set for themselves. Ironically, forming a selfless relationship requires very selfish due diligence. Measuring a potential romantic partners character and integrity is not an adrenal process. Cuteness and chemistry are not the sole requirements. Careful, objective observation of the persons behavior is essential to making intelligent choices. Whenever you meet someone attractive and willing, there is one question you need answered before forming a relationship: Whats In It For Me? The answer to this question will reveal how they perceive and value themselves and, more important, how they perceive and value you. The tone of their delivery will reveal the demeanor that will permeate every aspect of your relationship. Stammering uncertainty leading eventually to an accounting of the persons physical and material attributes delivered in haughty, how dare you ask tone will tell you one thing. An effortless expression of how he or she can enhance your life and that of others, delivered in a calm, glad you asked tone will tell you another. Take the answer at face value, and accept it for what it is. Approaching romance from a business perspective is both intelligent and practical. Clearly defined structure and rules enhance romance. Lack thereof exacerbates it. Just consider what happens when people divorce; it all gets boiled down to rights and property. Business. The Importance Of Being A Cell Phone

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Lisa_Marx]Lisa Marx Hi, I am a cellphone. I go by several names in this world, though youll mostly find me being called Motorola or Nokia or LG, even Samsung at times (minus Delilah, of course!). I am often mistaken as a kid but I really have been around in some form or the other for almost 130 years, since Alexander Graham Bell took out a patent on my great grandpa the telephone in 1876. Telephone revolutionized the way people viewed distance communication and as a cellphone I am an heir to that legacy. Shoving modesty out of the way Id say I have done justice to that by revolutionizing distance communication even further. Although when I first made an appearance I looked a lot like a something you could hit people with, as years have gone by several inventors and technical design people have ensured I look slimmer and am more efficient. I am an important and a very significant part of everyday life and though I used to be a luxury at one point of time today I am a constant companion for people of all ages, from all walks of life. With my help you could be conducting your business, helping a friend cope with heartache, planning the next barbecue and even taking pictures of a newborn grandchild! One of the best places to find me and not have to rob a bank to pay for owning me is the Internet. It is the big bad world of discounts, easy shopping, easy to use, and a lot of fun. Here is a little secret there are a whole lot of us out there look hard and you could land that ultra-cool cousin of mine.she is sleek, very efficient and is gonna flip for you as soon as you say hello! Vacation Retreats Designed for Your Special Interest Add Fun to Your Vacation

By Peter Makuta Wouldn’t it be nice to spend your vacation with your true interest or real passion? And wouldn’t it be nice to be catered to at the same time leaving the interruptions of your daily life behind? Consider a vacation retreat where your special interest, or your hobby, is the focus. You’ll have no option but to meet a lot of like-minded folks, and simply have a good time. A retreat can be about something that you have been involved in doing for a long time, or it can be about something you always wanted to do, or at least you think you want to do. In the latter case, a retreat could be a great way to get introduced to a new interest. Retreats generally accept a newbie with open arms. But before you go, let them know that you are new to the subject and ask them how you would fit in. Anything from scrapbook, art and painting, quilting, story writing, music workshops and song writing are just a sampling of ideas that could be the focus of a vacation retreat. You will be surprised to know how many options for retreats and workshops are out there. Here’s a sampling of how some of the more popular hobby vacation retreats work. Surprisingly, scrapbook and quilting retreats are among the most popular hobby retreats. As you would expect, these really are women’s retreats. The idea is to join a bunch of other ladies sharing a common hobby for a time of fellowship, great food, and a diversion away from day to day life. There are also retreats that cover all the artistic disciplines including visual arts and performing arts. Many do cater more to the professional artist with formal workshops and seminars. These are more like conventions in other business professions. However, there are also endless opportunities for those who pursue art as a hobby, and for the pure enjoyment and satisfaction of expressing ones creatively. Some also encourage you to bring your spouse or older children, whether they are an artist or not. Artist retreats are often found where there is a great deal of natural beauty, such as a country estate or an exotic destination. They include cruise retreats where you visit several ports. Some are located in the Caribbean or Costa Rica. What an opportunity to express your creative interpretation of the world beyond your daily life, and have the opportunity to try out new techniques. Artist retreats will also combine other activities, such as hiking to a particular place that offers inspiration. Local sightseeing, spa activities or wine tasting are also part of many retreats. Writing retreats have a lot of similarities to art retreats. Inspiration for creative ideas, along with the opportunity to focus, learn, and create, is common. There are retreats that may even combine meditation along with advice, critiques, and time alone to write. There is a large selection of hobby retreats that have been around for quite some time. Free Ways to Market Your Business

By Ann Crary ONLINE: I would say, “One of the best ways to get your website noticed is to optimize it. You will find instructions on this under “Tips on Optimizing Your Site” on our home page. Another excellent and very important step is to get your link on as many site related websites as you can. Look for submit a site usually found at the bottom of the page in small print. It will give you 2 choices, Free link exchange or paid submission. Click on Free link exchange, fill out the form and follow their instructions on how to add their link onto your site. If you have a site that does not allow you to add links, you will not be able to take advantage of link exchanges! Now dont give up, I know this can be frustrating, but there is a creative way around it. In site related website look for Message Boards (Forums). Message Boards is great way to meet new people who are in the same field as you. You can join the Message Boards and post your questions or get advice from other successful business owners. You do not want to bluntly advertise your business, it does not bring in new prospects, it actually works against you. Visitors will avoid your post like the plague! And is a sure way to get banned from message boards. Try to post helpful information, things that others can benefit from. That will bring lots of attention to your post and people will want to know more about what you do! When you sign up for the message boards it will ask you if you want to add your signature. What is a signature? A signature is automatically add to the bottom of your post… For Example: ________________ To Your Success, Ann Crary www.findworkathomeideas.com The more you post the more visitors your site will receive! Now that we know about message boards let talk about how to submit articles. I know what you are thinking, I have no idea on how to write an article! The only way to learn how to write an article is to read as many article as you can. Find your interest, take what you have learned and put it in your own word thats it! At the bottom of each article will have your signature. For example: ______________________ This article was written by, Ann Crary www.findworkathomeideas.com If your article is excepted, you just placed your link on there site with out having to exchange! Now that you have prospects visiting your site and is interested, DONT FORGET to ask for referrals!!! Asking for referrals is an incredibly easy way to enhance your business sales, but far too many businesses fail to utilize this. OFFLINE: Using Car Decals for Advertising Your Business Advertising with your vehicle is something that has become more and more popular in recent years. And those who use them say they certainly produce many qualified leads as well as orders. There are two types of car decals - the ones that “cling” to your vehicles back window that you can find at any office supply store (just ask for vinyl lettering), and magnetic signs which can be removed at any time, and can be shared among multiple vehicles. Never go any where with out your business cards or sizzle cards! You want to get your card into as many peoples hands as you can in a day. Another great way is to find as many public bulletin board as you can - post a couple of your cards on each board. Dont have business cards or sizzle cards, use nicely printed out half sheet flyers. And dont forget to ask for referrals!
